HOPE negative bowl scrapers. Excellent for final finishing and shaping. Tips are specially made from M42 steel and work by adding a cutting burr from the underside.
Very stable due to the negative rake or angle! Fits into any Hope 16.2mm quick-release or 16.5mm grub screw handle.
Round and convexed cutters are available.
Round cutter comes with a sharpening mandrel.
Bar or holder is now dual machined so it will take both round and convexed cutter.
THE SIZE OF THE BAR IS 35MM WIDE, X 15MM THICK, X 265MM LONG INC 55MM TANG.

Seriously Good Tools!
These Hope Tools scrapers are seriously good tools, I've tried sharpening them several different ways (linisher, CBN wheel, traditional grinding wheel) and they all work superbly well. I only wish the range would be expanded to include detail scrapers and French curves.

Fantastic tools

A worthwhile investment
I bought both the round and convex versions, coupled with a long handle. These are very well made (real quality) and a joy to use. What a difference they have made to a part finished bowl. Delivery was within 24 hours. Superb service again from Simon and his team.
